1. PRICES: Yoga Awareness prices may be subject to change.

2. TAXES: Yoga Awareness price (services, products, accommodation) include sales tax.

3. PAYMENTS: All payments to Yoga Awareness are final and NON-REFUNDABLE. Payments are deposited into the Student Account and used to purchase Yoga Awareness services, products or accommodation. The Student Account is available on your request and will be sent as a PDF by email.

4. STUDENT CANCELLATION, NO SHOW, SCHEDULE CHANGE
If a student does not attend an event for any unforeseen reason such as health, private, work, travel, natural disasters, weather, etc then the Student's payment/s for the event is:

4a. CLASS, WORKSHOP: Within 24 hours of the event there is no refund. Prior to 24 hours the event payment is credited back to the Student Account.
4b. PRIVATE SESSION: Within 48 hours of the event there is no refund. Prior to 48 hours the event payment is credited back to the Student Account.
4c. WELLNESS PROGRAM: Within 30 days of the event there is no refund. Prior to 30 days the event payment is credited back to the Student Account.
4d. RETREAT: Within 60 days of the event there is no refund. Prior to 60 days the event payment is credited back to the Student Account.
4e. TRAINING: Within 60 days of the event there is no refund. Prior to 60 days the event payment is credited back to the Student Account. Once a training has started it is held consecutively (each day is itemized on the Student's training curriculum). Any day or part day missed for any unforeseen reason can result in the Student not being permitted to finish the training with no refund or credit given, as specified in the Yoga Awareness ‘terms & conditions’. However an uncompleted training can be continued in a future training at the Student's cost and on successful completion the Student will then be certified by Yoga Awareness.
4f. ACCOMMODATION: Student accommodation included with a Wellness Program, Retreat or Training is subject to the 'terms and conditions' as specified by the Accommodation Provider contracted by Yoga Awareness.

5. YOGA AWARENESS CANCELLATION, NO SHOW, SCHEDULE CHANGE
If an event or any part of the event is not held by Yoga Awareness for any unforeseen reason then the Student's payment/s for the event or any part of the event is paid to the Student in full.

6. CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Yoga Awareness accepts no responsibility for your travel or accommodation loss or other additional expenses due to a Yoga Awareness event cancellation and recommends that the Student purchases travel insurance at the time of registering for an event.

7. AMENDMENTS: Terms & Conditions may be subject to change and is printed on each invoice or accepted online before payment.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I, the Student, agree that Yoga Awareness shall not be liable for any claim of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in Yoga and Ayurveda offered at any Yoga Awareness studio, affiliated studios, outdoor locations or online events. I have read the above Release of Liability and the Terms & Conditions. I fully understand and voluntarily agree to this.

2. 税金：ヨガアウェアネスの受講料及び製品は全て内税で地域・州・国によって定められた税金が含まれています。

3. 支払：ヨガアウェアネスへの全てのお支払いは返金できません。お支払いは受講生口座に入金されてヨガアウェアネスの受講料及び製品の購入に使用することができます。残高の閲覧やご必要な場合はPDF形式でメールでお送りします。

4. 受講生のキャンセル、連絡なしの不参加、スケジュールの変更
受講生が予期しない理由、例えば健康上の理由、私的理由、仕事、旅行、天災、天候などのためにイベントに参加しない場合についてのお支払いいただいた受講料について：

4a. クラス、ワークショップ：開催日の24時間前から受講料の返金はできません。開催日の24時間以前のお支払受講料は返金ではなく受講生口座に移し保管され、他のイベントに使用可能です。
4b. プライベートセラピー：開催日の48時間前から受講料の返金はできません。開催日の48時間以前のお支払受講料は返金ではなく受講生口座に移し保管され、他のイベントに使用可能です。
4c. ウェルネスプログラム：開催日の30日前から受講料の返金はできません。開催日30日以前のお支払受講料は返金ではなく受講生口座に移し保管され、他のイベントに使用可能です。
4d. リトリート：開催日の60日前から受講料の返金はできません。開催日60日以前のお支払受講料は返金ではなく受講生口座に移し保管され、他のイベントに使用可能です。
4e.トレーニング: 開催日の60日前から受講料の返金はできません。開催日60日以前のお支払受講料は返金ではなく受講生口座に移し保管され、他のイベントに使用可能です。トレーニングが開始されますと、段階を踏んで毎日学びを進めるカリキュラム構成で、学ぶ内容と科目を日々順を追って記録され、修了していくため、予期しない理由（健康上の理由、私的理由、仕事、旅行、天災、天候など）で、途中の1日またはある時間に欠席した場合は、トレーニングを続けることはできません。その場合、受講料は返金はなく、受講生口座に移し保管することもできません。全てヨガアウェアネスの「利用規約」に記載されている通りです。途中から受講できなくなったトレーニングは、次回以降のトレーニングで続けることができ、修了後はヨガアウェアネスの資格を取得することができます。その場合のトレーニング再開の受講料は、受講生の新たなお支払となります。
4f. 宿泊施設：受講生宿泊施設はウェルネスプログラム、リトリート、トレーニングの受講の場合に利用することができます。その場合の「利用規約」はヨガアウェアネスの宿泊施設請負ホテル側の規約が適用され、ヨガアウェアネスは責任を負いません。

5. ヨガアウェアネス側のキャンセル、スケジュールの変更
ヨガアウェアネスが止む無くクラスなどイベントをキャンセルした場合は、全額受講生に返金いたします。

6. キャンセルについて：イベントがキャンセルされた場合、イベントに参加予定者の旅費・宿泊等のキャンセル料負担の責任は負いません。キャンセルの場合も想定して予定を組まれることをお勧めします。

7. 改正：ご利用規約は改正される場合がありますが、各請求書に明記され、お支払い前に変更事項をオンラインで確認してからお支払いをすることができます。

免責承諾書
私は、ヨガアウェアネスまたは、その関連会社の主催する、スタジオ,アウトドア,オンラインで行われる、ヨガとアーユルヴェーダのレッスン参加に際し、自身の不注意または不可抗力による事故や訴えに対して、ヨガアウェアネスに対して一切の責任を問わないことを承諾します。私は、上記の免責承諾書と利用規約を読み、その内容を十分理解した上で承諾します。
