チョコレートいっぱいのバレンタインデーが幕を閉じて、次はホワイトデー。いつもLOVEを感じるのは難しいからそんなイベントがあって良いのかもしれない。 ヨガは毎日がバレンタインデー。マットの上で自分を見つめて自分を感じて大切に想う時間をくれる・・・5000年も前から続いているのはすごいなと思う。
