Aloha

I arrived back to Maui from Chennai just before the earthquake and tsunami struck on Boxing Day. Chennai is like my second home and I feel very close to what's happening there.

I study at Yoga Raksanam which is right next to the beach and all the densely populated fishing settlements. I called my Teachers last week, they and their families are all OK. My thoughts and prayers are with those who are suffering.

The devastation and loss of life throughout South East Asia, India and Africa is so huge and affects us all. May we do everything possible to help. A catastrophe of this magnitude makes our dramas seem so insignificant.

Since getting back from India I've been been immersed in completing the last Retreat of the one year Training. Congratulations to the students that made this commitment to their personal self growth and the sharing of these gifts with others.

At the moment I'm packing up the studio in Makawao as the owners are needing the Quonset building for their business. We have enjoyed the last four years of having this wonderful space.
