Ayurveda is an ancient Indian teaching which has provided health care for a majority of the world’s population for over 5,000 years. This time proven system focuses primarily on a healthy balance of the body by stabalizing our three doshas: VATA (air), PITTA (fire), KAPHA (water).
We are born with a natural constitution but our modern lifestyle can cause imbalances and over time this creates disturbance to our physical, emotional and mental body. Every person is unique and needs to be treated individually. A regular weekly program of Ayurveda privates will help reduce 75% of our imbalances.

Ayurveda privates are offered only for students who study at Yoga Awareness. This is to support students who are committed with developing and deepening their ongoing Yoga practice.
The Wellness program is a combination of Yoga and Ayurveda. These are powerful tools of transformation when used together. The Ayurveda treatments cannot be purchased separately so when you book an Ayurveda treatment you also automatically purchase a Yoga class. If a student is not able to attend their Yoga class for whatever reason they can then apply their Yoga credit towards doing a Yoga private or any Yoga training.

Terms & Conditions:
All purchases are subject to Hawaii state tax and are non-refundable. Cancellation, no-shows or changes within 48 hours incur a 100% fee. In emergency situations there may be a consideration to the 100% fee. Ayurveda treatments cannot be purchased separately so when you schedule an Ayurveda treatment you also automatically purchase a Yoga class. If a student is not able to attend a Yoga class for whatever reason they can then apply their Yoga credit towards doing a Yoga private or any Yoga training. Rates are effective from 08/01/2010 and can be subject to change.
