The Yoga Awareness Wellness Program is designed for health conscious people to achieve positive and total health using the methods of Yoga and Ayurveda. This is a holistic program tailor-made to increase every individual's quality of life.
The purpose of Yoga is a stable mind and a healthy body. The purpose of Ayurveda is a healthy body and a stable mind. The goal for Yoga and Ayurveda is to reveal our natural state of happiness and contentment by reducing our suffering.
There is an initial consultation to analyse and plan a Wellness program to suit your budget. Depending on each student’s needs the program can include establishing a personalized Yoga practice, Ayurveda recommendations and dosha balancing treatments, life counseling and advanced Yoga and Ayurveda training / studies.
