Spiritual Way

There are things which we cannot change. At the physical level we can change absolutely nothing. At the mental level, the intellectual level, it is easier. That is why there is education. The spiritual person says, "even the mental life has a limit. I can only know that which is knowable." So the mind is also limited, though it is much more unlimited than the body. But it is in the spiritual way that we have the immense possibility of becoming like what we were originally, when we descended from our original home. Therefore, the sages say, meditate.
