To Be

It is not necessary to feel anything as a result of sadhana, because it is necessary to Be. It is usual for old tendencies to crop up even after many years, because in normal life we tend to suppress and repress all these tendencies. When we meditate and do the cleaning, they must surface if they are to be cleaned. So, it is a good symptom and not bad as you think.

Taken from the book "The Spider's Web, Vol. 3", Chapter "Sadhana", pg. 94, by Revered Chariji
