Mind

People often ask how the mind can be used to strengthen itself. A simple example from our life will show that in every case we use the same thing to develop itself. Even to develop the body or muscles we start by lifting small weights to develop the muscles, then lift bigger weights until we come to the limit of our capacity. So each function or each organ of the body has to be used to strengthen itself. And the mind is no different from the rest, except for a very important difference that, whereas the others are limited in their capacities, the mind has no limits.
