what
do I need ?
Wear
comfortable clothing for Asana practices and a sweater to keep
warm after class. Bring your sticky mat or purchase one from the
studio. We provide floor rugs and blankets. Always have plenty
of bottled water. Due to allergies and sensitivities that other
students may have please do not use perfumes.
