After yoga Tedd and I go to the beach and swim or surf every day. We've started this routine since last October.
Ā
"Busy" was an excuse that we often made and just kept working until late at night with little private time. Our one step towards the shining bright is building up this routine and breaking our "busy" excuse.
Ā
We feel the difference, we are more stable and calm. It's the benefit of stepping into a healthy daily routine.
