HOME TRAINING (optional extra cost)
4 weeks of Yoga Sadhana (personal home practice). The purpose of the home training is to develop your Yoga sadhana, which is a tapas to understand and experience the effects that Yoga has on your system. Schedule a private session with a Yoga Awareness teacher, either online or in-person. Afterwards we email a detailed sequence drawing for you to practice daily at home and at the end of each week submit a weekly sadhana report for 4 continuous weeks. PRICE: 1x (60 mins) private session + 1x sequence drawing + worksheets $150
