The Yoga Awareness YOGA AYURVEDA TRAINING (YAT) certification is an international standard established 2002 in India. Tedd Surman (USA) began developing the SELF, TEACHER, THERAPIST trainings with his four teachers at Yoga Raksanam (INDIA) and Ayu Wellness (INDIA). The Yoga Ayurveda trainings are designed to fit the needs of Western minded students while honoring and maintaining the integrity of the teachings of Indian philosophy. Yoga Awareness is continuously developing higher standards of Yoga Ayurveda teaching and therapy. Yoga Awareness studio locations are in HAWAII at Honolulu Oahu, Haiku Maui and JAPAN at Ueno Tokyo and and SPAIN at Santiago de Compostela, Galicia.
