It's in the historical district of Downtown Honolulu which is like Marunouchi in Tokyo. Lots of business people and they are busy like in Tokyo. The only differences are blue sky, emerald color ocean, palm trees, and Aloha spirits are always here. It was a pleasure to share the healing power of Yoga with some sweet souls at Wisdom Flow Yoga last week. Now more than ever as outer events become chaotic, we are all called to stay centered within. The best thing we can do is take refuge in the certainty of our own heart. Waikiki Beach is the most poplar and we see lots of Japanese tourist there. I love walking along its promenade in the evenings enjoying our tropical sunsets.
