Birthday Indulgences, Part Deux
Browsing around for ANY way to feel good? Try to remember that the ritual daily gifts we give ourselves are best utilized when we take time to appreciate the moment of the gift. Every night when I carefully apply self-accupressure in my Epsom salt bath, I focus my loving attention on healing myself; and I hold the intention of also being the receiver of this love. I notice and feel the powerful effects of this nightly indulgence much more when I stay present moment to moment, breath to breath.
