Tedd just arrived back from India last week and is now enjoying the last few days of the holiday season in Hawaii relaxing and reuniting with Masumi.

Waikiki Beach 🏝⛱ the palm trees moving in the wind, the ocean is infinite and the distant horizon is clear. There is a feeling of gratitude and awe to be in such a healing environment. Happiness is within, calm the mind to find happiness. May this be your yoga and ayurveda year !
