Take a walk

I have always found work corrects our moods and normalizes it. Whenever people come with depression and things like that, my first advice is go for a long walk, because physical activity does affect mental activity, and if you are just going to sit in a corner and brood and brood and brood, nothing is going to pull you out of it. Whereas if you start doing something, you, in a sense, detach your attention from yourself.
