When Yoga is Happiness
When we practice yoga asana, focused on the breath and on ourselves, our body is benefitting. But more subtly, our mind is benefitting the most: we develop the ability to let go of our thoughts and become aware of the present moment, where happiness is. The easy way to remain happy is to remain constantly light. Pure thoughts are light, whereas impure thoughts are heavy.
