Winter season, storms and Yoga
Aloha Friends, There is something I would like you to remember: disturbances awaken us to our total capacity, to the strength within us. They turn us to the path of possibility, as the shell of the familiar breaks. If lately you have felt as emotionally disturbed as most of the people I have interacted with, I hope you are finding peace. As we move through this winter, it is important to avoid following the mind into the anxiety that often accompanies this season. Instead, be grounded, seek stillness and inner strength. Choose activities that are calm and warm in nature. Contemplate all you have, practice gratitude, practice Yoga! Those who remain connected and in balance will be more able to preserve the beauty of their personal life and the world that we share.
