Training Overview
YOGA ONENESS Level 2 training is for 10 half days with a total of 50 hours of in-person studio or online zoom training. On successful completion you will receive a Yoga Awareness certification.

LEARN: This training focuses on self development by understanding ASHTANGA YOGA, which describes the 'eight limbs of Yoga' to cleanse your body and mind, to increase your light and knowledge, and to gain a greater understanding of 'self'.

Referenced from the second chapter of the Patanjali Yoga Sutra-s you will gain a theoretical and experiential understanding of SADHANA (how to practice). The three methods you study are Kriya Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Samkhya Yoga. These teachings increase clarity, giving you the insights to recognize and minimize future suffering, ultimately making your self journey more peaceful and fulfilling.

CURRICULUM: Daily Yoga Sutra study, Chanting study and practice, Dhyanam meditation theory, Purvangam practice (Asana, Pranayama, Pratyhara, Dharana), and Ayurveda theory.

DAY 1 - 5
Opening and introduction • Study from the Patanjali Yoga Sutras (Ashtanga Yoga) • Vedic chanting theory & practice • Dhyanam meditation theory • Purvangam practice.

DAY 6 - 10
Study from the Patanjali Yoga Sutras (Ashtanga Yoga) • Vedic chanting theory & practice • Dhyanam meditation theory • Purvangam practice • Closing ceremony.

HOME TRAINING (optional extra cost)
4 WEEKS YOGA SADHANA PRACTICE
The purpose of the home training is to develop your Yoga sadhana, which is a tapas to understand and experience the effects that Yoga has on your system. Schedule a private session with a Yoga Awareness teacher, either online or in-person. Afterwards we email a detailed sequence drawing for you to practice daily at home and at the end of each week submit a weekly sadhana report for 4 continuous weeks. PRICE: 1x (60 mins) private session + 1x sequence drawing + worksheets $150

Training Certification
On completion of your studio or online training you will receive the Yoga Awareness Level 2 certification. Your training hours can be credited to the Yoga Awareness YAT500 Yoga Teacher training.
