We've just finished a busy 3 months in Hawaii teaching Yoga trainings, doing Wellness programs and Yoga private sessions. It's wonderful to see the world awaken with people regaining their power and thirst for natural healing.

Masumi and I have now returned to India. This is our twice yearly commitment to staying healthy by nourishing and replenishing ourselves. We have been here for 2 weeks at an Ayurvedic retreat center in the mountains between Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The daily treatments, organic Indian meals and love from very experienced doctors, practitioners and retreat staff make this journey so worthwhile for healing our body, mind and soul.

Tomorrow we depart in different directions. Masumi is going to Tokyo to teach two Yoga Self trainings and a Yoga Teacher practicum. She'll be there for six weeks with a very full schedule, but springtime in Japan is always beautiful and the weather will be getting warmer.

I'm heading over to Chennai for 5 days to see my Yoga and Ayurveda teachers, then back to Kerala for 6 weeks to stay with my Ayurveda family of doctors. This is where I receive treatments, and study the traditional methods of Ayurveda from a guru lineage which we can use practically in our modern lifestyle.

Masumi and I both return to Hawaii in the middle of May, arriving on the same day only one hour apart ! We've kept a month available for offering Wellness programs in Waikiki and then from mid June to late August we'll be teaching our summer Yoga and Ayurveda trainings. These are in-person and zoom for my English trainings and zoom for Masumi's Japanese trainings.
