Two weeks ago we both returned from Japan and India, arriving at Honolulu Airport only one hour apart. Over the many years of long-haul travel we've discovered the quickest way to recover from jet-lag ... by simply walking down to the beach and swimming in our tropical waters of Waikiki ... then afterwards doing a basic Ayurveda self treatment of applying vata-reducing oil on our legs, arms and head :))
This year we've given ourselves plenty of time to prepare for our summer Yoga and Ayurveda trainings which start June 12th and finish August 4th. We're excited to get back into the training mode and have some wonderful students attending. Our Yoga Teacher Training in July is already sold-out however we do have two spaces still available for our Yoga & Ayurveda Self Trainings. These are the Yoga Immersion (5 half days), Yoga In-Depth (5 half days), Yoga Mindfulness (10 half days) and Ayurveda Healthcare L1 (5 half days).
