Masumi puts importance on breath-based method in her class which energizes your body using core and at the same time brings you inner stillness. Her knowledge of yoga and sequencing makes for both a strengthening and therapeutic yoga class. The vinyasa-s are safe for our body and help ease your stiffness and pain. You’ll find her class filled with brightness and calmness which comes from Japanese “KI” meaning energy or chi.
A rejuvenating Yoga class helps both beginner and advanced students have a greater understanding of spinal alignment and correct posture.
