Airplane for 3 weekends
Practicing yoga with Ted and Pam has helped me keep my body, especially my back, in good condition for all the time I recently spent on an airplane. I made a one-week trip to see my new grandson in Michigan, then went to Oregon the following weekend to attend my college mentor's funeral. I was on the plane for 3 weekends, and of course did my stretches and breathing as much as I could. Then the next week and a half, I was carrying, moving, and packing boxes in my school classroom. All the while, I kept thinking, "I can do all this, and I feel just great." Thank you, Yoga Awareness!
