Yoga Workshop ☆ Oneness & Contentment
The yoga workshop in Tokyo last month was the last one of 5 series, 'Five Steps to Oneness' for 1 year. The students who finished the 5 steps got a certificate of completion. Their asana-s and focused mind are awesome!! Well done! The 5 steps yoga workshop was so nice that we're planning to hold 5 series yoga workshop here in Honolulu studio, too :) Yoga Awareness Yoga Studio is in downtown Honolulu, near Ala Moana and Kakaako.
