I am loving the journey of slowing down to work through all of the things that help balance me. The ayurvedic program is a beautiful compliment to my registered dietitian practice and yoga mindfulness teachings. It is taking my experience as a health professional to the next level and I just love being guided by an such a knowledgeable team. Tedd is a fantastic help with navigating the best path forward with my work.

My spare time and the majority of my energy is devoted to my 4 beautiful children and my husband. I am so excited to bring everything I am learning right into their small hands at home and guide them towards honouring their health and body awareness. Namaste
