Enriching experience
I am so glad I joined the Level 1 Ayurveda training with Tedd and Masumi. Not only did I learn a lot from their expertise, I felt genuinely nurtured and cared for in their space. I was fortunate to take the course with two other amazing women and feel a sense of community. I look forward to continue working and growing with Yoga Awareness, and pass on the benefits to my yoga students. Thank you so much for this experience.
