Training Testimonials

I just completed another 100 hours of training with Tedd this Fall 2023: "Core Power" and "Yoga Oneness," also fulfilling the requirements to receive my 500 level teacher certification through Yoga Awareness (YAT300) and Yoga Alliance (RYS 500).

I have studied yoga with Tedd and Masumi since 2018, and they both teach with such excellence and dedication I am grateful to be on this Yogic path with them.

I also have received Ayurveda treatments and trainings with Tedd that inspired me to become an Ayurveda Health Practitioner.

Throughout this training my yoga practice became more refined under Tedd's expert guidance. I also truly enjoyed Vedic chanting theory and practice as well as deepening studies of Raja Yoga and the teachings of Patanjali following the Krishnamacharya-Desikar lineage.

I incorporate these teachings into my yoga classes and the Vedic wisdom infuses my daily life. I look forward to more studies with Tedd and Masumi knowing the content, quality, and authenticity of their work surpasses any certification standards. I am honored to call Yoga Awareness my sangha.
