Breathing deepened and mind got clear
It was a fresh experience: I could feel and tell which part of the body was difficult to stretch and comfortable. Surprised that I got sweat a lot! Very focused during the practice. My breathing deepened and my mind got clear.
とっても新鮮でした。あーこのあたりは伸びにくくなっているなぁとか、これも心地良いなぁとか。 ものすごく汗をかいたのでビックリ!とても集中してできました。 呼吸も深まって頭がクリアになった気がします。
