Lower back pain
I’ve had a lower back pain for half a year and I needed to do something with it. I didn’t know the exact cause of the pain, but vaguely I knew it was something to do with my yoga practice. I wanted to find out the cause and decided to take the Wellness program of YA. During the program, I took seven yoga classes of Ted’s and Peggy’s. They knew what was causing my pain at the glimpse of my yoga movement and instructed me very carefully. They guided me what I should be careful about and how to move without hurting my lower back. I’ve adopted what I learned during my yoga practice and now I’m free from pain. I really appreciate their careful teaching. With asana practice and pranayama, I could focus on myself and meditate deeply. Yogaawareness yoga has led me to the right path and helped me step forward to my goal of Yoga.
