We sure appreciate you and the Great Yoga, and your teachings. We do not taking you or the teachings lightly. Here is my testimonial: It's effecting my whole life. I am breathing deeper, watching my breath more often. The class when its over takes me into a more slowed down relaxed pace that I take into my workplace. I have been doing different types of Yoga over 35 years and Ted is one of the most talented, interesting, devoted gifted, intelligent teachers I have worked with.
