Training Overview LEARN: Increase your core power and commitment to a daily yoga practice (sadhana) with ASHTANGA YOGA, which is the eight-fold path of purification and enlightenment. You will gain an understanding of these methods to develop peacefulness and contentment within society and yourself, benefiting with a healthier body, increased life-force and control of your senses which naturally brings the mind to a state of fitness and readiness for meditation. CURRICULUM: Daily Asana practice followed by Asana theory and demonstration, Pranayama breath introduction, Chanting practice, Meditation practice.
