Training Overview
YOGA INNER STRENGTH is a Yoga Awareness Certified Training. This training consists of 100 hours total, which is 14 half days studio training and 8 weeks home training with 2 private sessions (1 hour each). An Ayurveda kitcheri lunch is included with every day of studio training.

LEARN: The training focuses on self development using SAMKHYA YOGA, which is the self inquiry "Who am I ?" This profound question has been meditated on throughout the centuries by spiritual seekers, giving us insights of our 'true Self' (dharma) and our self purpose (svadharma) in this life.

CURRICULUM: Daily Asana practice followed by Asana theory and demonstration, Pranayama breath introduction, Chanting practice, Meditation practice.

Training Pre-Requisite
REQUIRED TRAININGS: Level 1&2 trainings (Yoga Immersion, Yoga In-Depth, Yoga Core Power)

Training Format
STUDIO TRAINING
14 HALF DAYS

DAY 1 @ 2pm - 4:30pm
Opening and introduction.

DAY 2 - 6 @ 9am - 2pm
Chanting • Homework review • Reinforce asana principles  • Asana theory & demonstration • Asana practice with standing / kneeling Vinyasa variations, supine Back Arches, standing Laterals, supine Shoulder-Stand inversion variations.

DAY 7 @ 9am - 2pm
Review training Q&A • Asana practice using vinyasa sequencing • Evaluation exam & review.

DAY 8
Rest day.

DAY 9 - 13
Chanting • Homework review • Reinforce asana principles • Asana theory & demonstration • Asana practice with Headstand inversions, abdominal strengthening Forward-Bends, kneeling / seated Back Arches, seated Arm Balance variations.

DAY 14 @ 9am - 2pm
Review training Q&A • Student home sadhana Q&A (schedule yoga private) • Asana practice using vinyasa sequencing • Evaluation exam & review • Closing ceremony.

HOME TRAINING (optional)
8 WEEKS + 2 PRIVATE SESSIONS (1 HOUR EACH)

Practice at home for 8 weeks observing your Yoga sadhana in daily life. Send a report each week and then schedule 2 online privates of 1 hour each with a Yoga Awareness teacher for discussion and suggested recommendations. The private sessions can be done at home online with Skype, FaceTime, FaceBook, Line or at a Yoga Awareness studio.

Training Certification
On completion of your studio training you will receive the Yoga Awareness ‘certification of participation’. Your home training is included but is optional to complete.

These studio and home training hours can be credited to the Yoga Awareness Teacher Training certification and the Yoga Alliance registration.

Training Overview
YOGA CONTENTMENT is a Yoga Awareness Certified Training. This training consists of 100 hours total, which is 14 half days studio training and 8 weeks home training with 2 private sessions (1 hour each). An Ayurveda kitcheri lunch is included with every day of studio training.

LEARN: Referenced from the second chapter of the Patanjali Yoga Sutra-s you will gain a theoretical and experiential understanding of SADHANA (how to practice). The three methods you study are Kriya Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Samkhya Yoga. The training focuses on 'right action and attitude' of your Yoga practice and in normal daily life. These teachings increase clarity, giving you the insights to recognize and minimize future suffering, ultimately making your self journey more peaceful and fulfilling.

CURRICULUM: Daily Yoga Sutra study, Chanting study and practice, Dhyanam meditation theory, Purvangam practice (Asana, Pranayama, Pratyhara, Dharana), and Ayurveda theory.

DAY 2 - 6 @ 9am - 2pm
Study from the Patanjali Yoga Sutras • Vedic chanting theory & practice • Dhyanam meditation theory • Purvangam practice.

DAY 7 @ 9am - 2pm
Exam Q & A • Asana practice • Evaluation exam & review • AyurYoga practice with mantra, Ayurveda theory, Samskara (mind patterns), Analyzing a person, Ahara Niyama Sadhana (food) analysis, Setting your tapas (habit).

DAY 8
Rest day.

DAY 9 - 13
Study from the Patanjali Yoga Sutras • Vedic chanting theory & practice • Dhyanam meditation theory • Purvangam practice.

DAY 14 @ 9am - 2pm
Exam Q & A • Asana practice • Evaluation exam & review • AyurYoga practice with mantra, Ayurveda recipe & cooking demonstration, Common health issues (menstruation, pregnancy, allergies, dieting, health disturbances), Ayurveda remedies, Self home treatment practicum, Case study • Closing ceremony.

HOME TRAINING
8 WEEKS + 2 PRIVATE SESSIONS (1 HOUR EACH)

Training Overview
YOGA TEACHER PRACTICUM YAT900 is a Yoga Awareness Certified Training. This training consists of 100 hours total, which is 14 half days studio training and 12 weeks home training with 6 hours of privates (4x teaching critiques @ 1.5 hours each). An Ayurveda kitcheri lunch is included with every day of studio training.

LEARN: Develop your professional skills as a Yoga Teacher with the authentic teachings of Raja Yoga by Patanjali as taught through the Krishnamacharya-Desikachar lineage.

CURRICULUM: Chanting practice, Yoga Teaching theory, Verbal Yoga teaching instruction, Asana sequence drawing, Student Yoga teaching practice, Anatomy and Physiology.

REQUIRED TRAININGS: Yoga Awareness Level 3 trainings (Yoga Inner Strength, Yoga Stillness)

Chanting Yoga Sutra-s • Verbal teaching instructions • Pranayama, Diagnosis, Asana sequencing, FAQ • Student teaching practice • Closing ceremony.

HOME TRAINING
12 WEEKS + PRIVATES 6 HOURS (4 @ 1.5 HR)

Complete your home training within 12 weeks by submitting 4 class sequences (90 minutes each) with written verbal asana teaching instructions. Each class sequence will be critiqued by a Yoga Awareness teacher and their comments returned for your review.

Training Certification
On successful completion you will receive the Yoga Awareness YOGA TEACHER TRAINING YAT900 certification.
