Their yoga studio is amazing! We practiced yoga while overlooking Diamond Head. It was the perfect setting for our training. I loved that the classes were small because of the pandemic.
Tedd teaches with a holistic approach. He shared the history and philosophies of Raja Yoga, we learned subtle movements of Asana-s that are often overlooked by my years of taking yoga, and he enriches the practice by daily chanting. It was truly and mind, body and spiritual awakening.
The courses are well structured, easy to understand but challenging enough to bring you to the next level. I surprised myself in learning some Sanskrit! I highly recommend these courses for anyone who seek true yoga.
