The changes are subtle but powerful!
For years doing a pull-up has been a goal of mine. I have always found it challenging as I could not access my back to trigger muscles necessary. I typically used my biceps and fatigued quickly.
Yesterday I did 10 pull-ups. I was able to use the correct muscles and it was amazingly easy!
The gal I workout with also completed my measurements and asked what I had been doing cause my biceps increased by 2. Honestly nothing other than yoga! It’s interesting the changes are subtle but powerful!
