The Raja Yoga 'Body and Mind' Series are exclusively for graduates of our previous Yoga Awareness Self and Teacher trainings.
Tedd Surman reinforces the teachings of Patanjali from the Krishnamacharya-Desikachar lineage.
This special series, Raja Yoga Asana and Meditation Practices, consists of 2-hour sessions every weekend for 10 consecutive weekends.
Either program requires a commitment to all 10 consecutive weekends. You can join us live on Zoom-Live or In-Person at our Waikiki studio in Hawaii.
