Tedd Surman introduces Raja Yoga and the teachings of Patanjali from the Krishnamacharya-Desikachar lineage.
The Yoga Awareness workshops are for 2.5 hours. We practice Asana for nourishing the body, Pranayama for expanding your life-force, and Meditation for strengthening your mind. After the workshop you are welcome to stay for an open group discussion (30 minutes) about Yoga and Ayurveda.
