We are also made up from them, which means we're a part of nature. We can witness their qualities and concepts in our body, reminding us that we are closely related with them.
Ayurveda text says, "When our mind is disturbed water becomes muddy, seasons go in disorder, lands go wild, epidemics comes around". That's what we're experiencing now but we don't want to stir up your anxiety.
What each of us need to do is to stay healthy and calm. Yoga and Ayurveda will help: practice yoga with awareness of the body and mind, meditate, eat wholesome foods, laugh and keep good company with like-minded friends. That way we can restore our positive energy around us.
