Masumi left a couple of weeks early to be in Tokyo to teach her Japanese yoga trainings. We took a taxi together down to Kochi in Kerala so she could depart from there. This was our first time to visit Kochi where we stayed at a beautiful historic villa hotel. It was situated by one of the many serene rivers which Kochi is famous for.
Eating Indian food is always something to look forward to and we had two different types of meals. The sattvic vegetarian 'ghegan' meals at our Ayurveda Center were less spicy, easy to digest and very cleansing for our body. On the other hand the meals at the hotel restaurants were rich, spicier and hotter non-veg meals. Both are really tasty and have the unique and exotic flavors of India. If you have chance to travel to India ビジター you'll love this beautiful country and the delicious food! You couldn't ask for more!
Love, namaste, konnichiwa and aloha from us both,
Tedd and Masumi
