Public Transportation in the North Shore and around Maui is fantastic and very cheap. Please refer to The Bus for timetables and routes for all your options. The direct bus routes from Waikiki are #19, #20 and #42 which go past Ala Moana, Aloha Tower and arrive in Downtown, only a block or two from the Yoga Awareness studio.

By car from turn off H1 Freeway at Nimitz Hwy exit, drive 10 minutes passing harbor wharfs to Chinatown. After River Street bridge turn left at Smith Street, right at King Street, right at Nuuanu Avenue and left into Merchant St. The Yoga Awareness studio is located on the left side at 16 Merchant Street.

☆   From Paia
By car from Waikiki head west on Nimitz Hwy, drive 10 minutes passing Ala Moana Beach and Aloha Tower. Make a right at Smith Street, right at King Street, right at Nuuanu Avenue and left into Merchant St. The Yoga Awareness studio is located on the left side at 16  Merchant Street.

☆   From Makawao 
By car from turn off H1 Freeway or Pali Hwy to Bishop Street, turn right Vineyard or Beretania Street, turn left Nuuanu Avenue through Chinatown before Nimtz Hwy turn left into Merchant St. The Yoga Awareness studio is located on the left side at 16 Merchant Street.

PARKING
There are several places to park when you arrive.

☆   Metered Street Parking is available in front of Yoga Awareness studio, FREE on Sunday and Monday to Saturday takes both coins and credit cards (1 hour recharge).

☆   Walmart Store Parking FREE on Saturday and Sunday (entrance located on Bethel Street, between King and Hotel).

☆   One South King Building FLAT RATE $10 weekdays 6am - 8pm (entrance on Bethel Street, between Merchant and King).

☆   Smith Municipal Parking AFFORDABLE is on the corner of Smith Street and Nimitz Hwy (entrance on Smith, between Nimtz and King under Marin Tower Apartments).

☆   Bethel Municipal Parking AFFORDABLE is on the corner of Bethel Street and Nimitz Hwy (entrance on Bethel, between King and Hotel under China Gateway Apartments).
