At our Downtown yoga studio we offer the authentic Raja Yoga teachings of Patanjali (Kriya Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Samkhya Yoga) in the Desikachar-Krishnamacharya lineage, the Bhagavad Gita and ancient healing methods of Ayurveda (Charaka Samhita, Astanga Hrdayam).

Our Yoga and Ayurveda studio is conveniently located in Downtown Honolulu, Hawaii at the Yoga Awareness training center on the island of Oahu. Located on Merchant Street we are a short walk away for downtown office workers wanting to stop by for some relaxing yoga studio time after a hard day's work.
