The four pillars of Ayurveda are food, lifestyle, sleep and relationship. A well balanced Ayurveda and Yoga program will help you achieve this in your life.

Ayurveda Consultation

We discuss your Self History Profile and complete an in-depth questioning of personal life-style patterns, your previous and current health conditions, and any chronic and acute health issues. We diagnose your doshic balance of Vata, Pitta, Kapha with nadi pulse and skin readings to determine your prakrtti (natural constitution) or vrkritti (disturbed constitution). After collecting this vital information we can advise you on which course of action is best suited to meet your needs and goals. Price: 1 hour $100, including tax.

Home Self-Care Program

Includes Ayurveda Consultation. We demonstrate and teach the methods of home self-treatments, selecting Ayurveda oils and herbal remedies for your constitution, recipe and video of Ayurveda kitcheri cooking, planning Wellness home-practice program and life-style recommendations. Price: 2 hours $200, including tax.

Follow-up Analysis Clinic
(optional extra)

After Home Self-Care Program: Complete and submit an Ayurveda report every week during your Home Self-Care Program. At the end of your program we do an analysis with you (online or in-person) to assess your progress and offer suggestions for continuing your home self-care. Price: $50 per 30 minutes, including tax.

WELLNESS PROGRAMS

Wellness Programs are designed for health conscious people. They are personalized and effective methods of transformation for natural health. A daily commitment of Yoga, Ayurveda and Food Nutrition for a minimum of 10 days or more will give you sustainable benefits during your program and for months after. They can be customized to meet your specific needs and adjusted as your condition changes throughout the program. Each program consists of Yoga privates (30 minutes), Ayurvedic treatments (90 minutes) and daily Ayurveda kitcheri meals to nourish and purify your digestive system. Price $200 per day (minimum 10 days)
